Returns & Exchanges 

All items purchased from Beachy Blues Crystals are carefully packaged. Each item is checked over before being packaged to ensure the condition is perfect. However, unfortunately, on occasion your items may be damaged during transit. 

Refund on change of mind will not be given

Unfortunately damages in transit happen, please contact us immediately and send photos if any damage has occurred. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via our home page within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Beachy Blues Crystals.
